Order and Shipping Details
- Upon successful order and completing payment, the package will be shipped to the provided shipping address within 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays); if the order was placed in the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
- The product will be shipped by courier arranged by the seller and the courier is fully responsible for the actual date and time of delivery.
- The product will be as safely packed as possible before shipment. The buyer should contact the seller and provide receipt and photographic proof in the case of any damages; the seller will conduct return or refund arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
- For a single order to a single address exceeding $800, the shipping cost will be waived for a residential, business or industrial address. Additional charges will be required for delivery to remote areas such as Tung Chung, remote islands, Stanley, Discovery Bay, mid-Levels, Residence Bel-Air.
- Delivery will be postponed accordingly in the case of no. 8 or above storm signals or black rainstorm warning signal.
